How to make special biriyani | Chicken dum biriyani

Today we are uploading a video on how to make special biriyani. . It is very tasty chicken dum biriyani with natural ingredients. Let us start with ingredients required.

Ingredients

  • Chilly powder,
  • Coriander powder,
  • Salt,
  • Curry leaves,
  • Grape and nuts,
  • Ginger and garlic mix,
  • Chicken masala,
  • Pepper,
  • Garam masala powder,
  • Garam masala,
  • Vinegar,
  • Onion,
  • Green chilly and tomato,
  • Coriander leaves,
  • Ghee ,
  • Chicken,
  • Rice,

Making

First step is frying the chicken,

  1. For that we adding half cup of chilly powder,
  2. Add the ¼ cup of vinegar,
  3. Add chicken masala 2 table spoon Add salt to taste,
  4. Add some water and mix well,
  5. After add the 2 kg chicken and mix well .
  6. After keep it for 30 min for resting,
  7. After 30 min fry the chicken. 

2nd step is making of masala for biriyani

  1. First slice the 1 Kg onion, green chilly 20 nos and tomato ½ kg,
  2. After add the onion, green chilly and salt to taste,
  3. And boil for 5 min in less flame,
  4. After add the sliced tomato and boil again 3 min and add it into cooking vessel,
  5. Add chicken fried masala and mix well upto it convert into gravy ,
  6. After add garam masala ½ table spoon ,
  7. Add pepper powder 1 table spoon ,
  8. Add the garlic and ginger mix 2 table spoon ,
  9. Add some coriander leaves,
  10. Add one cup curd,
  11. After add the fried chicken,  Now our masala is ready ,

3rd step is we have to make the ghee rice

  1. Add water 4 liter ,
  2. Add some garam masala ,
  3. Add salt to taste,
  4. Add ghee 200 gram,
  5. After boil the water,
  6. Add the 2 kg rice ,
  7. Next we mix the masala with rice ,
  8. After add some coriander leaves ,
  9. Add garam masala powder 1/2 table spoon ,
  10. Next we are preparing for dum the rice and masala,
  11. We adding some weight for good dum boil and wait for 30 min ,
  12. Next we making the ingredients for decoration,
  13. Now our dum biriyani is ready to serve,
  14. Finally we add some decorations.
