Ingredients
- 500 Gram potatoes,
- 200 Gram Red pumpkin,
- Half cooked Green peas as you need,
- 3 Garlic and one slice of ginger,
- 4 Green chillies,
- 2 onions to chop,
- 1/4 Tea spoon salt or to taste,
- 1/4 Tea spoon turmeric powder,
- 1/4 Tea spoon chilly powder,
- 1/4 Tea spoon coriander powder,
- 1/4 Tea spoon Garam masala,
- Cumin seeds.
Making
1. Heat a pan add 2 cup of water, After add potatoes and cook for 2 mins,. After add Red pumpkins and cook another 5 mins,
2. Then Strain well and mash, Now cook in low flame, And add 1 TSP vegetable oil, After add chopped the garlic, ginger and green chillies,
3. Then, add onions and mix well, And Cover it for 1 Min, Then add 1/4 Tea spoon salt or to taste, after add 1/4 Tea spoon turmeric powder, Also add 1/4 Tea spoon chilly powder,
4. Next we adding 1/4 Tea spoon coriander powder, Later ¼ Tea spoon Garam masala Cumin seeds and mix well. After Adding the 200 gram half boiled mix vegetables, After add mashed potatoes and pumpkin and mix well,
5.Take 2 eggs and mix well with a beater or a tea spoon, Add some bread crumbs,
6. Take a dip in the mixed egg, Cover with breadcrumbs, Add the vegetable oil enough for frying, Deep fry until get brown.
