Making
Firstly take fresh mango and cut it in to small pieces. Deep fry the red chilly and dry prawns. then take a mixer and put fried red chilly and grind well. then add sliced mango and add salt to taste. grind well . Then add small onion and fried dry prawns and again mix very well. after grinding pour some coconut oil and mix very well. now ready tasty spicy dry prawn chammanthi. if you like spicy food, you must try it.
