Ingredients

  • 2 cup of Atta,
  • coriander leaves,
  • half teaspoon pepper powder,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 cup of milk.

Making

  1. Firstly break an egg to the bowl of atta .
  2. And add the pepper powder,
  3. After add the coriander leaves and
  4. Add one cup of milk.
  5. Then add salt and mix everything very well.
  6. Add 1 cup of normal water .
  7. Mix again very well.
  8. Put a pan on stove in low frame.
  9. Brushing oil very well.
  10. Pour the flour in it.
  11. Cook two sides very well in medium flame.

Now ready healthy and tasty breakfast very easily. Kids and adults will alike it . This dish can be eaten without any curry. It can prepare very fast and easily with minimum ingredients.
