Foodie rides come up with a traditional recipe of black sesame balls. It is very tasty and healthy snack. Only four ingredients are used in this sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • Rice,
  • Black sesame seeds,
  • Jaggery,
  • coconut.

Making

Firstly, deep fry the rice and black sesame seeds. Then add to a grinder and grind very well. Strain the rice powder. Melt the jaggery to prepare the jaggery syrup. Shred the coconut. Take a bowl and add rice, black sesame seeds, jaggery syrup and m ix it. Then add coconut and mix very well. Make tasty black sesame balls.
